Due to their continual growth, a dedicated and professional Electron and Ion Optics Service Engineer is now sought to join their technical service team.
Your key focus will be installations, service, technical support and repairs and maintenance of range of Electron Microscope and Focussed Ion Beam Systems across Australia and New Zealand. You are able to work both independently in the field and as a contributing member of the technical team. With strong communication and interpersonal skills you have the ability to provide technical service and advice to client queries.
With previous experience in a similar field, such as scientific equipment or medical imaging, you possess excellent technical and troubleshooting skills and understand the importance of providing exceptional customer service. You are driven to continuously learn new skills and keep your product knowledge up to date. Ideally, you have completed a science, physics or engineering related degree.
