This leading supplier of innovative technology solutions to research and development market is seeking a motivated and dedicated Service/Operations Manager to join their team.

You will play a key role in actively growing the business through the support of the Service and Sales Divisions by developing and implementing innovative and effective customer support coordination, strategies and operational resources.

Your key focus is to support the customers through coordination and support of both the Service and Sales Divisions. Your responsibilities will include service coordination, managing customer service enquires, processing and scheduling service appointments, sales and purchase order processing, inventory and warehouse management, cost control and general operational tasks.

A dedicated self starter, you take ownership of tasks and your professional approach complements your coordination and planning skills. Your commercial acumen complements your high-level communication and interpersonal skills.
