Due to their continual growth, in New Zealand, a dedicated and passionate Service Engineer is now sought to join their technical service team.
Your key focus will be installations, service, technical support and repairs and maintenance of range of Electron Microscope and Focussed Ion Beam Systems across New Zealand. You are able to work both independently in the field and as a contributing member of the technical team. With strong communication and interpersonal skills you have the ability to provide technical service and advice to client queries.
With previous experience in a similar field you possess excellent technical and troubleshooting skills and understand the importance of providing exceptional customer service and are driven to continuously learn new skills and keep your product knowledge up to date. Ideally, you have completed a science, physics or engineering related degree.
