Looking to continue their success and be the best in their field, a dedicated, passionate and hands on Production Manager is now sought to join their leadership team.
Your key focus is to manage the day to day running of the factory and production. Along with this you will also be involved in production planning, ensuring production targets are achieved, setting up for production each day, end of day shut down, managing and enforcing OH&S and other general operation and management tasks.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you have experience in previously leading and managing a production team and know how to get the best performance from your team. Ideally this experience has been gained in the manufacturing sector. A current forklift license would be advantageous.
