An Australian business for more than 80 years, this north eastern suburbs based company specialises in the design and construction of surface preparation equipment and consumables for a range of industrial sectors. A national business, their customers include both major corporations and small businesses alike. A dedicated and passionate Internal Sales/Customer Service Coordinator is now sought to join their team. 

Leading the current business sales activities the role is focussed on maximising revenue from an existing customer base, driving customer satisfaction through the efficient processing of customer enquiries from order through to despatch. An office based role, tasks include developing quotations, processing of orders, invoicing, stock management, logistics, sales analysis and general sales coordination and administration tasks. There is good opportunity to provide additional value through the continuous improvement of internal systems and processes aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. 

Experienced in Sales/Customer Service, you have the skills and confidence to deliver customer satisfaction. You are positive, organised, highly motivated, and results driven. You can work in a team and autonomously. Your communication skills include an excellent telephone manner and an ability to engage the customer.
