Your key focus is to lead a successful on line business and take it to the next level through the training and development and growth of the online presence and team. This will be possible through your exceptional relationship, coaching and team management skills.
With experience in previously running a call centre that is focused on technical expertise and customer excellence, you are results driven and have a diligent work style, with an emphasis on fostering team effectiveness.

With this position reporting to the Area Manager Retail Operations, the role has an expectation of driving team performance whilst being prepared to be hands on in the day to day operations.
