Assistant Store Manager 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Specialist Electronics Retailer with a store network of 80 stores across Australian and NZ.  Priding themselves on excellence and professionalism they are seeking a highly skilled sales person to work closely with the store manager to ensure the ongoing success of their Hornsby store.


This hands-on role will will assist the Store Manager in ensuring that all sales related duties are performed as required by the business whilst ensuring merchandise presentation excellence, customer satisfaction and business goals are achieved.


You will be responsible for providing support to the store manager and sales team to ensure the maintenance of exceptional customer service standards, by conversing with all customers and staff to ensure a clear understanding of all customers needs, and following up with all customer requests.


You have the ability to step up when required and lead by example.  Ensuring the store’s presentation is at the forefront you have a strong attention to detail and the ability to think outside the square will make sure you succeed.
