In this key role to the business, you will report directly to the Company Director and support the customers through coordination and support of both the Service and Sales Divisions. You will be responsible for coordinating the service team on a national basis including processing and scheduling service appointments, managing customer service enquires, sales and purchase order processing, customer reporting, inventory and warehouse management along with other general operational and administration tasks. You also enjoy developing and documenting procedure and strive for continuous improvement.
