This hands-on role will see you coaching, motivating and leading the store’s team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and accountable for the stores overall performance. Your responsibilities will include rostering, budgeting, establishing procedures, growth and profit. Most importantly, you know how to provide exemplary customer service and leadership.
Calling on your management or leadership experience, ideally gained from the ever changing retail environment, you will lead by example and have the ability to implement proactive operational solutions. You will set high standards for yourself and your staff, ensuring that your wealth of knowledge is passed on to those around you. The result will be continuing success for you and the store.
Your ability to foresee key success factors of the business, manage multiple tasks to deadline, demonstrate initiative, comprehensive attention to detail and the ability to think outside the square will make sure you succeed.
